If you buy the pass in advance by telephone or by internet, you'll get an identification number. When you have this number you'll be able to get the pass cards at any of the points listed below.
If your purchase indicated that you would prefer to collect them in a branch of CajaGRANADA, you'll only be able to pick them up in the branch you chose during public working hours.
CajaGRANADA Information and Reservations Centre. Plaza del Carmen (in the City Council). Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 19pm. Sunday and public holidays, 10am to 14pm. Days 2 and 3 of June it will be closed.
Ticket booth at the Science Park: During visiting hours.
CajaGRANADA, branch at Plaza Isabel la Católica No 6: Monday to Friday (working days), 9am to 2pm.
CajaGRANADA branch at the Neptuno shopping centre: Calle Arabial s/n, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 2pm and 6pm to 8pm (working days).
